Welcome to Uinverse
Welcome to Uinverse (UI)
For over two decades, Uinverse has served as a realm of artistic and collaborative ventures, curated under the guidance of Isabel Lagos, fostering a culture of co-creations. Within its ever-evolving landscapes, Uinverse unveils the transcendental beauty of the human experience across a spectrum of fields, ranging from theatre and opera production, arts venues to film productions, to the complexities of business, and even the enigmatic charm of bureaucracy.
Our Philosophy
At Uinverse, we uphold a collective ethos. Our motto is simple but profound: "We create together."In this shared journey, the heroism of any one member is equal to that of the entire team. It's a tribute to the power of collaboration and unity.
Our Fascination
We're captivated by the multifaceted and complex beauty of the human experience, which reveals itself through art, thrives in the dynamics of sustainable co-creative ideas, and even emerges amidst the intricacies of bureaucracy. Our inspiration knows no bounds, drawing from both the ordinary and extraordinary.

Uinverse isn't restricted by the boundaries of a company, institution, or project; rather, it embodies a profound vision and a way of life. It encompasses what Isabel calls the inner and outer senses, and the significant contributions made by everyone she collaborates with, along with each of us.
Isabel Lagos (aka Lelé), based in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a project manager, director, writer, CEO, and independent producer with an early start in South America followed by Great Britain. She co-founded Sweet Venues at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and curated together with Julian Caddy over 700 productions during their time there. In Sweden, she established a three-year theatre and film program in Trollhättan and contributed to the opening of Stormen Theatre, just after she initiated the Gothenburg Fringe Festival and Nordic Fringe.
Isabel has a notable track record, having produced and directed opera, a variety of live performances, indoor and outdoor, including an inclusive production for hearing and deaf audiences alike. She has also worked behind the curtain towards inclusive development with city administrations, helping them to evolve and make bureaucratic changes and has held lectures for communal, regional institutions and organisations. Isabel made significant contributions as a recurring lecturer in 'Production in Culture,' part of the 'Rijeka 2020 - European Capital of Culture' program. Recently, she co-led a Creative Europe Arts project with seven partners. Currently, alongside her film projects, she is establishing innovative cultural hubs in the mystical Gathenhielmska Huset, adjoining heritage reserve and Kronhuset in Gothenburg.
Isabel's passion lies in the artistic and co-creative aspect, which has resulted in her deep long commitment to the field. She is also passionate about creating opportunities with co-productions and spaces for those who feel marginalised, may it be for their age, sexuality, or other physical or mental aspects.
